The parent company M/s. Abhay Traders was founded way back in 1970 as Indenting House and Agents to sell various European Yarns and Fibers in India

In 1977 came China for their Silk Yarns and Fabrics . The Manufacturing Division started in 1990.
The super specialization into Swimwear & Sportswear manufacturing, using speciality Italian fabrics, started in 2005. – The Brand ATTIVA.

ATTIVA INDIA now offers very high quality  swimwear and sportswear. We have a wide range of classy swimwear & sportswear in vibrant colours made from one of the worlds finest warp knitted fabrics made in Italy. We offer  trendy and chic swimwear, yogawear, walkwear , gymwear etc.
Abhay Industries, Abhay Traders, Kamal Export, ANM Exp & Imp and Attiva India form the ABHAY GROUP.
The group activities can be summarized as follow :
1. ABHAY INDUSTRIES : Is the sole agent of Lila Lace, Turkey for selling their laces and fancy fabrics in the
Indian Market.
2. ABHAY TRADERS : Is the distributor of China Moulding Company for selling moulding machines for Bra cups
  in India.
3. KAMAL EXPORT : Is the exclusive distributor of Carvico S.p.A Italy who manufactures one of the worlds best
  warp knitted fabrics for swimwear, sportswear, yogawear, bicycle shorts etc. We keep ready stocks in our
  warehouse in Mumbai.
4. ANM EXPORT AND IMPORT : Is the sole agent of Bischoff Textile, Switzerland for selling their embroideries
  mainly for lingerie.
